The minimum order quantity depends on the type of material and print chosen. Some bags and boxes start at 30 to 50 pieces (obviously the price will be higher, as all our bags are custom-made). Most minimum quantities are 500 or 1000 pieces. For fully customized boxes, a minimum of 1000 pieces is recommended.

Since all our products are custom-made especially for you, the delivery time is 25 to 35 days from approval of the press proof, depending on the quantity and material chosen.

Products in stock are available in less than two weeks.

All files must be vectorized, in .pdf, .eps or .ai format.

If these are not available, please let us know and we’ll work out a solution with our graphic designers.

If you use specific fonts, don’t forget to send them or display the written part in vector format.

Colors must be Pantone (Pantone Matching System, PMS) or CMYK.

Pantone colors are mainly used for production. CMYK colors are only used for printing photos or illustrations; therefore, when printing logos, any CMYK color will be converted to Pantone.

Payment of 50% of the total invoice amount is due at the time of order. The balance of the invoice is due on receipt. For small orders under CHF 1,000, full payment is due at time of order.

The delivery package shown includes delivery of your goods to Switzerland or to any country in the European Community.

The size of a shipment depends on the size and number of bags/boxes. Generally speaking, between 2,000 and 4,000 items can be stored on a pallet.

Unless otherwise stated or requested by our customers, all our products are manufactured exclusively in the European Union.

We can store your bags/boxes with one of our partners in French-speaking Switzerland and ship the items to you as required.
